Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Denvix tags attached to ensure the return is accepted by our quality team.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
